Is 12 weeks really enough to build production software?
Yes — for a fixed scope, it's enough. We fix the scope and price in week two, put a working slice live on your real data in week three, and demo working software every week after that. Our engineers build with AI agents; senior review keeps it production-grade. Whatever doesn't fit the twelve weeks is scoped out honestly at the start — that discipline is what makes the date real.
What happens if you miss the deadline?
We keep building for free until it ships. The scope and price are signed by both of us in week two; if we miss the date on that scope, the extra weeks cost you nothing — it's in the contract. Lateness costs us, not you.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, agreed before the build starts — no hourly meter, no overruns. The two-week scoping sprint is priced on its own so your risk stays small, and it ends with the fixed quote for the full build. If the quote isn't right for you, you keep the architecture document and walk away.
Do I own the code?
Yes — everything: the repository, the infrastructure and accounts, the documentation, the test and eval suites. We build on standard open frameworks with no proprietary runtime, so any competent team could take over tomorrow. No lock-in is a feature of the offer, not a concession.
Will you still be there after launch?
Yes — we don't disappear at go-live. Support, monitoring, model updates, and new capabilities continue after launch, and most clients keep us close. Because the system is fully documented and fully yours, it also runs without us the day you want it to.
Who actually writes the code?
Senior engineers, building with AI agents — the same kind of systems we sell. AI writes the first pass and carries the repetitive work; a senior engineer reviews, tests, and signs off every line that ships. No subcontractors, no handoff to a bench you've never met.
What if we need changes mid-project?
Course-corrections are expected — the weekly demo exists so you can steer early, while changing direction is cheap. If you want something genuinely new mid-build, we price it as an addition to the signed scope instead of letting the date quietly slip. The scope stays honest in both directions.
How do you handle our data and GDPR?
Your data stays where your lawyers want it: EU regions, UAE regions, your private VPC, or fully on-prem. A GDPR data-processing agreement and retention controls ship as standard deliverables, we never train models on your data, and the same standard exceeds the UAE's PDPL. Access is role-based, and every action is logged.
For the AI agents — what about hallucinations?
We assume they'll happen, and engineer for it. Retrieval answers carry citations. Confidence thresholds route uncertain cases to a human. Irreversible actions require approval. And the eval suite — built from your real cases — has to pass a defined threshold before anything goes live. An agent isn't a chatbot: it's software with permissions, gates, and an audit trail.
